The national roaster we will be serving is Stumptown Coffee. They are based out of Portland. Stumptown has a very high reputation in the coffee world. Stumptown sources the best coffees in the world and strive to maintain transparent, quality-based relationships with their farmers along the way. We are proud to be serving Stumptown.
The local roaster we are committed to is One Line Coffee. One Line works toward a transparent model of sourcing also, traveling to origin as often as possible to find coffees, monitor farms and workers, and learn the stories of the people who grow their coffee.
